A few days ago, I visited an Henri Bendel store for the first time in a few years, and I have to say, it's one of my current obsessions.
mini wallet | buckle up bangle | she growls bangle | tea cup & saucer | keyfob | iPhone case | candle | wellies | tote
There are a few things that make Bendel's different from other high end designers. First of all, the brown and white stripe: It's so classic & sophisticated and I'm loving it on all their totes, wallets, travel accessories, etc. This iconic stripe dates back to the 1900s when Henri Bendel himself trademarked this pattern and designed luxurious goods for the social elite (learn more about the man behind Bendel's here).
Second, they are so much more than a handbag brand. When you visit an Henri Bendel store, there's a whole section dedicated to the home and unique gifts like candles, perfumes, glassware and more. I love the brown & white striped tea cup and saucer set above - so chic!
There are so many things I love about the Bendel brand but I think the thing I admire the most about it is it's rich American heritage and classic design. If you don't have a Bendel's near you make sure you visit Bendel's site to see for yourself!
