Today was a truly inspirational day for the Rho Mu chapter of Chi Omega. To wrap up Greek Week here at DePaul, the FSL Committee put on an elegant awards ceremony for the chapters' executive boards and nominated members. I was thrilled to hear Chi Omega's name called so many times; one of our new initiates won the New Member of the Year award, two seniors won Senior Stoll awards, and our entire chapter won Chapter Unity of the Year.

Today is one of those days that make me feel extra bless to be a Chi Omega and apart of an organization that constantly inspires women to be their best. Without my sisters, I wouldn't be the strong woman I am today. Congrats, Chi Omegas!

Styling Navy 101

New apartment wish list!
The past few weeks have been exciting but chaotic! Midterm week just ended, so I was buried in papers and projects (hence my slight blog absence, sorry). One bit of exciting news is that my boyfriend and I finally found the perfect apartment and we are signing our lease this weekend! It's a beautiful, open, sunny apartment in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood.
Procrastinating for midterms is always easy, especially if you have a new apartment to shop for and decorate! I'm slowly collecting essential items for the new place and I'm making a big trip to IKEA in the next couple of weeks. Time to bring out my inner interior decorator. Here are a few things on my new apartment wish list:
